Under the leadership of Mr. Manoj Koottappilly, Brahma lay it's foundation in early 2000. He was the former president of Varsha Enterprise, a well known firm in south India, which involves in design, construction and film distribution businesses. He was also a partner and director board member of United Financiers, a private sector bank in south India.
Mr. Koottappilly has several years of IT experience in various environments, especially in e-commerce business. He specialized in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and proved his expertise in this area by making ECom Systems, Inc. to a leading e-commerce solution provider in U.S.A. He also served another e-commerce giant, Peregrine Systems (former Harbinger Corporation), in the area of EDI as well as SAP (ERP package) implementation for their clients.
As an e-commerce expert, Mr. Koottappilly had worked with several companies from multiple industries and helped them to implement e-commerce and EDI in their systems. He extends his area of expertise in design and construction engineering as well. He proved his skills in this sector when he was working for Hindustan Construction Company (HCC), Ltd., and a well known construction company in Asia.
After his bachelor degree in technology from Mahatma Gandhi University, south India, Mr. Koottappilly did many courses in Business Management and Administration, Advanced Computer Applications, EDI, ERP, Networking, Computer Aided design, etc. from various institutions in India and U.S.A

Robert Cage is a senior marketing and sales executive with over 20 years of progressively more challenging assignments with General Electric Co. and its GE Information Services business; now Global Exchange Services (GSX) ), a $700 million company. He was one of the founders of GE Information Service’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) business. There he was responsible for taking the VAN network service from startup to #1 in the world with over $100M in revenue in just 3 years.
Bob has extensive experience in Business Management, Strategic Planning, Product Portfolio Management, and Policy Development on a global basis. Immediately preceding this venture, he was Vice President, Marketing & Sales for E-Com Systems, Inc., a Pre-IPO start-up company focused on B2B and B2C electronic commerce.
Experienced in start-up businesses from both a planning standpoint and execution, Bob has successfully launched 2 new businesses. This was accomplished in both a large corporate environment and a small pre-IPO business.
